modDesc.xml was missing line. Once added I was able to upload to hosted dedicated server.
Mod doesn’t show up in mod list

in the modDesc.xml file to get to work on multiplayer

Put it under iconfile name
dam the arrows didnt show up
Press shift and the button next to M for the start arrow then the other one at the end
